1 General Provisions

By using agc365 (https://agc365.org), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users, including those in Bangladesh and other countries.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Each person may hold only one account on agc365. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• You must register using your real name, date of birth, and accurate contact information.

• Agc365 reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

Direct deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket are available on agc365. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. agc365 does not charge any deposit fees, though the payment gateway may apply its own charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. If a third-party payment account is used, agc365 reserves the right to cancel the transaction and return the funds.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.

• Agc365 may update or change supported payment methods at any time.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from agc365, your account must have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Agc365 typically processes withdrawals within 24 hours. For large amounts or cases involving suspicious activity, agc365 may require up to 5 business days for additional verification.

• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests that are already being processed may not be cancellable.
• Agc365 may place a hold on any withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
• Submitting multiple withdrawal requests on the same day may cause processing delays.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Agc365 bonus wagering requirements are typically 15–30 times the bonus amount. Certain games may not contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement — please review the terms of each bonus individually.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

6 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Manipulating or exploiting the system to gain bonus benefits.
• Making transactions through a third-party payment account.
• Hacking agc365's software or using any unauthorized tools.
• Deceiving or threatening other members.
• Using agc365 for money laundering or any illegal activities.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting the agc365 support team. Please withdraw any verified balance before proceeding with account closure.

Agc365 may suspend or permanently close any account for reasons including breach of terms, suspected fraud, failure to verify age, or regulatory instructions. In such cases, agc365's decision is final.

• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months).
• After an account is closed, agc365 may retain relevant data as required.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, you will not be able to open a new account for the specified period.

9 Responsible Gaming
